Quality Management System

ISO 9001:2015 is the fourth revision made in September 2015 and most recognized quality management system standard of world. It sets out the requirement of quality management system and can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of its field of activity.

We will apply seven principles of quality management system in certification and implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 which are enlisted as below:

QMSP 1 - Customer focus
Organizations can establish customer focus by trying to understand and meet their customers' current and future requirements and expectations. We will assess and review the system established by your organization to check whether service delivery exceeds customer satisfaction. For example, our audit team will review performance of latest signed contract with an analysis of target vs. actual performance. The recommendations will be provided to senior management on system as well as operational gaps identified from the analysis.

QMSP 2 - Leadership
Organizations succeed when leaders establish and maintain the internal environment in which employees can become fully involved in achieving the organization's unified objectives. This principle advocates a clear communication of the organization's vision, mission, strategy, policies and processes. We will assist you in documenting these papers to make a proactive management.

QMSP 3 - Engagement of people
Organizations succeed by retaining competent employees, encouraging continuous enhancement of their knowledge and skills, and empowering them. Retention of employees in any organization has become a major problem. The ISO 9001:2015 emphasizes on hiring capable resources, motivating and engaging them in the appropriate job. Hence, we will review your processes on human resources management and identify areas for improvement. QMSP 4 - Process approach
Organizations enhance their performance when leaders manage and control their processes, as well as the inputs and outputs that tie these processes together. Developing transparent, simple and adaptable processes is a key in successful operation of business. We will help you in assessment of processes and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

QMSP 5 - Improvement
Improvement is essential for an organization to maintain current levels of performance, to react to changes in its internal and external conditions and to create new opportunities. Furthermore, it needs to assess, identify and mitigate the risks coming from internal and external environment of business which will open the door for improvement. QMSP 6 - Evidence-based decision making

QMSP 7 - Relationship management
